Hotel and location

  • Where is Hotel Marebello located?

    Hotel Marebello is centrally located in Tortoreto Lido, in a quiet and green area just 100 metres from the sea.

    Our partner beach “Righi a Mare” is only 300 metres from the hotel.

  • Should I book directly with the hotel?

    Yes — by booking directly through our website or contacting us without intermediaries, you will get the best available rates and direct assistance for any need or personalised request.

  • Can I contact you via WhatsApp?

    Yes, you can contact us directly via WhatsApp for information, availability and quick quotes.

  • Is there a tourist tax?

    Yes. The Municipality of Tortoreto applies a tourist tax of € 1.50 per night for each guest over 14 years of age, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. For more information, please refer to the municipal regulations.

  • Does the hotel have parking?

    Yes, the hotel has several free uncovered parking areas, subject to availability.

    A covered garage is also available on request at a cost of € 10 per day.

    Free parking is also available in the surrounding streets.

  • Is Wi-Fi free?

    Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the hotel.

  • Is a transfer service available?

    We do not have an in-house shuttle, but we can arrange transfers to and from airports and train stations through partner services.

Rooms and stay

  • Do the rooms have air conditioning?

    Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe and private bathroom.

  • Are there rooms with sea view?

    Some rooms have a side sea view, facing the north side of the hotel.

    A supplement applies to this room type.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Rooms are available from 12:30.

    In case of early arrival, you can still use the hotel's common areas.

    On departure day, check-out is required by 9:30.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, we welcome small pets, provided they are reported at the time of booking.

    Pets are allowed in outdoor areas and on the beach, but not in the dining room.

    A small supplement applies.

  • Are baby cots available?

    Yes, baby cots are available on request.

Beach and services

  • Does the hotel have a partner beach?

    Yes, the hotel has a partner beach at the “Righi a Mare” lido, about 300 metres from the hotel.

  • What does the beach service include?

    The beach service includes 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room at the partner lido.

  • How are beach umbrellas assigned?

    Umbrellas are assigned based on availability on arrival.

    It is not possible to choose the row or position in advance. On request, guests with disabilities can receive an umbrella near the walkway, subject to availability.

  • Can I still use the beach on the day of departure?

    On check-out day the assigned umbrella must be released.

    On request, we can check whether another free spot is available for use, at no cost, for a few hours.

  • Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

    The hotel does not have a swimming pool, but offers a large outdoor hot tub in the garden — ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

    Use is free of charge, on reservation at the reception.

  • Are bicycles available?

    Yes, we provide bicycles free of charge for the first 2 hours — perfect for a ride along the seafront and the cycle path.

    Bikes are subject to availability and keys can be collected at the reception.

  • Does the hotel offer family services?

    Yes, the hotel has an indoor playroom and several services designed for families and children.

  • Is there kids' entertainment on the beach?

    Yes, during the summer entertainment for children is organised 3 afternoons a week in the play area of our partner lido.

Restaurant

  • Is there a menu to choose from? Is there a buffet?

    Yes, every day we offer a menu with several choices of first and main courses, featuring Italian dishes and fish specialties.

    A buffet of side dishes and vegetables is also available.

    Guests choose the next day's menu directly during their stay.

  • Is half-board available?

    Yes, half-board is available, with breakfast and dinner.

    On request, dinner can be replaced with lunch — just let us know at least one day in advance.

  • Are children's menus or special dietary options available?

    Yes, we are happy to consider special dietary requirements: if you let us know in advance, we will always try to find the best solution.

    A children's menu is available, and for younger children the chef can prepare broths, pastina and purées.
